Common questions
Start with the essentials.
If your show needs something more specific, our support team is ready to help.
What can I use Botxtream for today?
Stream is available now for customers who want to connect an existing broadcast setup, check that the show is ready, and send it to YouTube or a compatible custom destination. Studio, Room, and Conference are coming soon.
Can I keep using OBS, vMix, or a hardware encoder?
Yes. Stream is designed to work with familiar broadcast tools, so you can keep the production setup you already know and manage your destinations from Botxtream.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. The Stream trial lasts 14 days and does not require a payment card. You can compare the paid plans before deciding what fits your needs.
Where can I send my live show?
Stream currently supports YouTube and compatible custom destinations. More direct social connections will be introduced only when they are ready for customers.
Are Studio, Room, and Conference available now?
Not yet. Their product pages show the experience Botxtream is building and the planned pricing, but you cannot subscribe to those products until they launch.
How do I keep my account and content safe?
Use a strong password or passkey, enable an authenticator when offered, invite only people you trust, and review connected destinations regularly. Botxtream keeps each customer workspace separate and provides direct account recovery and support paths.
Where do returning customers sign in?
Choose Sign in in the header or Customer login in the footer. After signing in, Botxtream returns you to your workspace.
How can I get help with my setup?
Email support@botxtream.com with the show you are preparing, the encoder you use, and the destination you want to reach. Do not include passwords or stream keys in your message.
