Service terms
These terms apply when you visit Botxtream, create an account, begin a trial, or use an available product. A signed order form or enterprise agreement takes priority where it applies.

1. Free trial
The 14-day Stream trial lets you evaluate the available features without a card. It does not create a paid renewal or guarantee that a future feature will launch on a particular date.
2. Accounts and organisations
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in methods, use only authorised invitations, and promptly report suspected compromise. Organisation owners control team access. You must not attempt to enter another customer workspace or bypass plan, usage, security, or payment limits.
3. Content and destinations
You are responsible for having rights and permissions for every contribution, recording, guest, viewer, destination, and geographic distribution. Do not use Botxtream for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unauthorised surveillance content. Connected destination platforms apply their own terms.
4. Plans and payment
A paid plan begins only after you choose it through the checkout or sign an order. The plan shows the price, billing period, included use, taxes where applicable, and support. Visiting a page does not start a paid subscription.
5. Service changes and availability
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, Botxtream does not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific service level. Internet, encoder, connected destination, service-provider, and customer-system failures can interrupt a live workflow.
6. Suspension and termination
Botxtream may restrict activity when an account is unauthorised, outside its plan limits, insecure, unlawful, unpaid, or threatening the service. Billing, support, export, and lawful recovery paths remain available where practicable. Customers may end a trial or manage a subscription as the applicable plan allows.
7. Ownership and feedback
You retain rights in authorised customer content. Botxtream and its licensors retain the platform, software, design, documentation, and service marks. You may provide feedback, and Botxtream may use it without identifying or disclosing your confidential information.
8. Commercial legal terms
Warranty, liability, indemnity, confidentiality, data-processing, governing-law, and dispute terms may be added in a signed customer agreement. These website terms do not invent a jurisdiction or legal-entity detail that has not been formally approved.
