Cookie and browser-storage notice

This notice explains what Botxtream stores in your browser, why it is needed, and how you can change your privacy choice.

Version
Private pilot v1

1. Essential storage

Botxtream may store the website files needed for faster loading and offline guidance. It does not place passwords, stream keys, invitations, payment details, or private customer records in that offline website storage. Your privacy choice is saved locally so we can respect it on your next visit.

2. Optional analytics preference

Botxtream does not currently send visitor information to an outside analytics service. If you allow optional analytics, basic campaign labels such as source, medium, campaign, content, term, or referral may be kept for the current browser session.

3. Campaign limits

Campaign labels are limited and cleaned before use. Email addresses, visitor profiles, live-stream information, passwords, and account credentials are not accepted as campaign labels. Approved labels may be passed to registration so we can understand how a visitor found Botxtream without cross-site tracking.

4. Customer and guest sessions

Botxtream uses protected browser sessions for signed-in customers and guests. Private account information, guest invitations, and live-stream credentials are not added to the public website cache.

5. Change or withdraw

Use “Privacy choices” in the homepage footer to select essential-only or allow optional analytics. Selecting essential-only removes the current campaign-attribution session record. Browser controls can also clear site storage, which resets the preference and prompts again.

6. Future changes

If Botxtream adds an analytics or advertising service in the future, this notice and the privacy choices will be updated before optional information is shared where consent is required.
